This unique product is a combination of 5 different peppers that are aged together with salt and then mixed with olive oil. Its not too hot and once you start using it , its hard to stop. Try it on baked sweet potatoes for an explosion of flavor that you never would imagine existed. Mix it with anything you want to add a ZING to. I met artisan jam makers Fran & Ron Pinto while working the farmer's market in Westport CT and knew I had to get this  jam out to the masses. Made in small batches with balsamic vinegar and a hint of Kentucky whiskey, it combines the creaminess of slow-roasted garlic and caramelized sweet onions into a jam that reminds some of a relish.  A perfect choice with any cheese served hot or cold , toss a teaspoon into a salad or use as a glaze on pork, beef or chicken. This classic Italian sauce traces its origin to Genoa in the Liguria region of Italy located along the Italian Riviera. Two Italian regions come together creating the absolute best pesto in a jar. Fresh Ligurian basil and luscious extra olive oil from the Bonamini olive groves in the Veneto region are the base that gives this pesto that fresh basil taste. The perfect amount of parmigiano and pecorino cheeses, pine nuts and garlic round out this ALL NATURAL product. This artisan made truffle sauce is made in small batches by the Passeri family near Assisi Italy. For more than 20 years Ivano and his family have perfected their all natural secret family recipe using fresh black truffles harvested from the Umbrian forests near their home, extra virgin olive oil , porcini and button mushrooms. As an appetizer mix 1 tablespoon or more with a package of cream cheese, some parmigiano cheese, black pepper and a dash of EVOO and spread over crackers or toasted bread. Traditionally Italians mix with some warmed heavy cream or additional olive oil to toss with hot pasta. Try it with eggs : mix a bit with egg salad, scrambled eggs or in an omelet. Zaatar is a dried herb blend used throughout in the Middle East from medieval times to the present. This premium Al’ard zaater is hand mixed using the finest thyme, sumac,toasted sesame seeds , salt and olive oil. Zaater can be mixed with olive oil to dip or spread on bread or to rub on  chicken and meats before roasting.
