Sojourn

Eat and sleep in an “agriturismo” where all of the ingredients used to prepare the meals are either grown on the premises or come from the immediate local area. You will also stay in a “country house” complete with mini apartments. Visit trattorias and small cozy restaurants the locals frequent.

Wind down in Rome

Before heading back, it’s off to Rome for a day visiting “off the beaten path” sites. You’ll experience the best gelato in all of Rome and eat pizza by the 3 time award winning 2010 , 2011 & 2012 World Champion of Pizza, and one of my closest friends, Alvaro Paganelli at his restaurant Pizza 120.
