When we came across this Apple Cider Vinegar that has been barrel aged in Balsamic Casks we found something truly special and unique. Smooth, sweet and sour, it is made with  REAL APPLE CIDER and APPLE JUICE  pressed during the fall and  then aged in wooden casks that once were home to 12 year balsamic vinegar.  Like all of our vinegars it is 100% all natural with no added sugar, preservatives or colorants.
