Fettuccine with Creamy Salmon

1 bunch fresh dill roughly chopped (don't mince it)
1 red bell pepper sliced thin
1 green bell pepper sliced thin
1 yellow tomato medium dice
1 pint heavy cream
1.5 cups white wine
1 tbsp white flour mixed into paste with 1 tbsp softened butter aka #BeurreManie
2 tbsp cold butter
8 oz thin sliced smoked salmon
8 oz fettuccine dry or 16 oz fresh
Dash of white pepper
Cracked black pepper

EVOO for finishing, we recommend any of our Italian EVOOs
Directions:

Cook fettuccine 1 minute before al dente, drain and set aside


Sauce:

Sauté onion and peppers
Deglaze pan with white wine bring to boil
Add cream
Simmer 5 mins
Add dash of white pepper
Add dill
Add butter flour mixture(BeurreManie) until thickened
Add tomato
Stir in cold butter
Add pasta
Toss together
Add smoked salmon and lightly toss
Finish with cracked black pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
Garnish with fresh dill
Serve and enjoy!
