Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino (Garlic, Olive Oil & Chili)

Quick and easy with a kick of spicy, this pasta dish is the perfect light and quick meal that is oh so satisfying.

Ingredients :

Prepare your pasta of choice as directed to al dente. Just before draining remove a cup of the pasta water and set aside.

Heat the EVOO in a fry pan, remove from the heat and toss the spices into the pan. Add the pasta and return to the heat.

Toss gently with 1/2 of the reserved pasta water. Continue to heat through adding more water if desired.

Drizzle some more EVOO after plating and serve with grated cheese if desired. So delish ! Buon appetito !
