This semi-wholegrain pasta variety contains Heirloom Senatore Cappelli wheat and millet. *Senatore Cappelli flour is rich in proteins, lipids, amino acids, B vitamins, vitamin E and mineral salts such as zinc, calcium, potassium and magnesium.

*Millet is naturally rich in mineral salts such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron as well as vitamins of groups B, A and E. Millet is also a natural source of antioxidants. In addition, tryptophan, an essential amino acid essential for the production of serotonin, the "happiness" hormone, is present.

Once known as the foods of ancient Mediterranean civilizations, together they provide a complete food, with a high content of vegetable proteins, a much more digestible LOW gluten content, and a rich source of fiber.
