Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! Because we handcraft and manage our inventory on a small scale, we must strictly enforce the following policies. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipped Orders & Mail Returns

• 30-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Condition: Items must be completely unopened and unused.

• Restocking Fee: All mail returns incur a 10% restocking fee.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping postage.

• Address Accuracy: We ship exactly to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Market Purchases & Exchanges

• Equal Exchange: Items bought at our farmers’ market can be exchanged for items of equal value.

• Lesser Value: If you exchange for a lower-priced item, you will receive store credit for the difference.

• No Cash Back: Exchanged items hold no cash value and cannot be refunded for cash.

• Market Returns: Returning a market item for a refund incurs a 10% restocking fee.

Order Cancellations

• Pre-Shipping Cancellations: Cancelled orders not yet shipped incur a 4% service fee.

• No Exceptions: These processing fees are charged by our credit card merchants and are non-negotiable.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded.
