Memories of watching of my mother regularly make tomato sauce with tomatoes she had jarred from her garden inspired my Classic Marinara Sauce recipe. Crafted in small batches , it is the perfect all-purpose tomato sauce that stands well on its own or can be jazzed up with the addition of meat, seafood or vegetables.

Our Chunky Tomato, Onion & Garlic is the hearty cousin of our classic marinara. The chunks of vegetables are evenly dispersed throughout the sauce making it perfect to accompany any pasta or to make pizza /flatbread.

Our Spicy Calabrian Chili adds just enough heat to serve “fra diavolo” or “arrabbiata” dishes without over doing it.

If you like garlic try the Roasted Garlic and Roasted Garlic & Calabrian Chili. (It’s the perfect spicy with chunks of organic roasted garlic.)

Are you a fan of olives? Try the Puttanesca. This is a vegan variety (no anchovies) made with Sicilian Castelvetrano olives, Californian black olives, a few capers and a hint of Calabrian chili.
