In the rolling hills of Perugia in the region of Umbria, known as the Green Heart of Italy , the Trampolini family has been producing the finest FARM TO BOTTLE extra virgin olive oil since 1785. From within the walls of their olive mill that date back to the 13th century, the family’s passion and dedication has passed down from generation to generation. They start by selecting only the finest handpicked Dolce Agogia, Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino variety olives and pressing them within 24 hours of harvesting. After allowing for natural decantation, they blend these unfiltered oils into a secret family recipe creating their signature “ Black Label” Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The bold fruity flavor of the Umbrian olives stands up well to roasting and sauteing meats, fowl and vegetables. It also inhances the flavor of spices and chocolate and makes them "POP" when used for baking. Superior when drizzled to finish any dish, soup or salad.
